Have tried this after bloating having eaten foods I'm sensitive to and seen great results. It's great mixed with warm almond milk for a calming, soothing drink after dinner.

This stuff works like a charm. I get so bloated before my period or after eating something too indulgent, and this is the only thing that i've ever tried that actually does what it says and gets rid of that crampy bloated feeling. Definitely going to re-buy. Please don't stop making this.
