It's much easier to take than the powder version of the debloating stuff. Love the company, the nue co makes such good products

It works but I do prefer the HUM ones

I don‘t know if it is just placebo or if there is actual science behind it, but these actually work! I take one tablet as soon as I notice any discomfort or early signs of IBS and after a few minutes it is gone. When I take them too late, they still take the edge off and make the bloating/pain much much more manageable, but they definitely work best at the first signs. Highly recommend!

I’ve suffered with bloating for many many years. I’ve had to cut a lot out of my diet, the biggest one being gluten but other things still kicked off my bloating. These have totally changed my life, I’m two months in and wouldn’t live without them now. No longer do I have to go for dinner in baggy clothes for fear of swelling up like a duck!!!

I bought these for bloating along with nue prebiotics and sadly they haven’t worked for me. Taken as directed but don’t reduce bloat at all. I bloat badly after eating but these don’t reduce it. Have contacted doc as maybe underlying issues that these are not able to help with.
