Panthenol, a provitamin of B5 that is used as a humectant, attracts moisture and binds to water molecules to keep skin beautifully moisturised, while willow bark extract alleviates irritation and ubiquinone adds to the free radical-fighting efforts.
Apply to a cotton pad and wipe across skin. Use morning and evening after cleanser and before moisturiser.

    I saw someone on Instagram do a ph test for this with a result of ph7 which explains why my face is on fire when I use this. I got some other skin laundry stuff which I love so it's shame that this is such a dud.
