In the shower or bath, massage and lather a generous amount over the body with your hands or the help of a loofah. Rinse thoroughly.

Conscious spa
First thing: this stuff smells amazing. Beautifully fresh and uplifting. Like a green, verbena/citrusy pick me up. The mission of this brand its fantastic. They are quite pricey, however I feel it's worth it because of it being a great product + a conscious option. I really take the time to massage this onto my skin because of the Magnesium, now I don't now if the magnesium does anything, but it reminds me to take care of sore muscles, which is a good thing to do anyway

Men body wash
What a great product that REN created. I love the smell of this range, it is very sophisticated, refreshing but not in tipical man kind of smell. It is very mild and soft to the skin, does not dries my skin out ad I feel very fesh after every shower.

Magical
I’ve used this almost every day since I bought it. Discernible smell of lavender more than anything else but it isn’t an overpowering fragrance. Rather than making you sleepy, it seems to wake you up! Just finished a 12 hours a day, 7 day stint at work and it’s certainly relaxed my muscles enough to ease the excruciating pain I get in my back hands an feet. This stuff must be pure magic in a recycled bottle, I can’t recommend this shower gel enough â¤ï¸

Absolutely love this. It's a great smell. I don't know if it's beneficial in terms of anti fatigue but I feel more awake once I've used it. Also appreciate the ocean plastic packaging.

My husband's firm favourite body wash
This is maybe 7th or 8th bottle that my OH has used. It lathers well but is delicate to skin. It smells refreshing and has think consistency. The bottle is made with recycled plastic from the ocean. I wish there was a refill version. I've tried to switch him to different products but this wins every time, and I tried a lot!

I never imagined in my wildest dreams paying this much for a body wash - then I was given a sample . Simply undeniably the best body wash ever . Beautiful natural fragrance, non drying on my skin - I can’t go back .  Â
