Not sure if it’s just me, but struggling with an underlying taste of fish. Persevering though 

Tbh it’s hard to know how well collagen is working, but I do feel that my skin is clearer and brighter and my nails and hair are definitely stronger. Compared to other collagen I’ve tried, this actually tastes good and I feel that I recover quicker from workouts when I’m taking it. The vitamin c is a great immune system boost at this time of year too! 

I found this too sweet for my taste, but if you like fruit squashes, it would be very nice for you.

My nails were much stronger and they had pure white half moons at the end which I’d never had before. Not sure of the effect on hair but I think my skin had a better ‘glow’. I’d recommend even though I wasn’t sure it would do much initially. 

Could I love anything more? This collagen tastes great. I fill up a jug of water and add some chia seeds also. Take it with me, to drink after my work out. Works like a charm.
