Very difficult to add to your routine

I was looking for an alternative to the Lumity supplements since they're no longer sold here and I was recommended this as an alternative. Unfortunately, you need to take several capsules a day (not together) and always half an hour before eating. I find this extremely tedious since I don't eat 4 times a day and I certainly kept forgetting to take it BEFORE food every single time. So, nope. Not for me.
