I bought these as my hair has been falling out quite drastically whenever I wash it. I bought these as I heard good things but they are absolutely useless. The four per day is a bit excessive but I thought I’d give it a go anyway. They don’t do anything. Now trying viviscal instead.

I first read about this supplement years ago in Vogue with model Natalia Vodianova who has super fine hair saying it really helped her with growth and hair quality. This has lessened my hair fall within 2 weeks.I take 2 in the morn and 2 at night , I used this years ago and had regrowth with this.
