Pros -lathers well -has a neutral smell Cons -makes my scalp feel dry at times -does not offer shine -I have thick hair but it feels like this formula weights my hair down  - great value product, just not my favourite 

I have tried a lot of shampoo, but this one if by far the best on the market, it smell so good and leave my hair clean and perfect.

I believe this is my fourth repurchase of this product... It just works so well on my hair and, a big plus, it smells divine!

Nice but not great. It smells good and has a nice packaging but I didn’t notice a great difference after using it for a while. I still prefer the Olaplex 4 shampoo.

I have used the same shampoo and conditioner for years - my hair holds water a d if the products are too heavy my hair is lank and greasy. This stuff is amazing, my hair is so soft and shiny. Would definitely recommend!
