I have used this item before so I can tell when it is in good condition. This time is empty or dry. I cant use it

I bought this thinking it had bristles. Instead it has, like a marker of course, a stiff tip. I don't find it so easy to use but it does its job and it's not expensive.

I have always struggled with applying eyeliner as I am sure a lot of others have. I have very long lashes that always get in the way of getting the liner where I want it . Also I have un-even hooded eyelids so I alway have to draw one line thicker than the other so they look even. I find this pen allows me to get right up to the lash line so if i don't want a really noticeable line but just to look like I have fuller lashes I can do that or I can do a nice line easily. I still find it pulls on my skin a bit and can get a bit choppy if I don't apply it carefully but I think that is more to do with my technique than the pen. My only wish is it were slightly deeper black more ink like...but for ease of use I would highly recommend this especially for anyone new to make up.
