I love the taste and the effects.good vitamins in general not necessarily just for hair.

With the first tub I noticed major hair growth in the area’s I had lost hair. A little bit more with the second tub, i’m now on the third and I haven’t noticed anymore. So they definately worked to begin with but I will probably stop taking them after i’ve finished the current tub, perhaps there is only so much that can be done with the hair loss I have experienced. Would definantly recommend to see if it works on you!

Four days of taking these gummies. Four days of terrible stomach cramps and nausea. As soon as I stopped taking them, I felt myself again. The amount of Biotin in these vitamins can wreck havoc on your digestive system - 1667% of your RDA. The huge amount of Vitamin B12 probably didn’t help either. Please be cautious!

This is a review part of me doesn't want to share. I love these gummies, so much. Not only are they a lovely little treat (tastes amazing!) but the GROWTH! I didn't notice anything within the first month and it was only mid way through my second bottle that I caught sight of my baby hairs and how they were inches longer than ever before! Previously, my baby hairs were always an awkward length.. never really growing but now, they're growing alright... My hair is noticeable longer and thicker, I started these to help give my hair a little bit more of a 'wow' factor for my wedding but its completely exceeded my expectations, to the point that I'm not wearing extensions on my big day!
