This device does work! Of course, the results are temporary, if you stop using it, the results will fade.
I do have a hard time fitting this into my routine, as I find it hard to find the time in the morning. But that's on me.
Something to keep in mind: the phone app is not officially available in my country, and it's a pretty buggy app as well.
