Is this a basic neutral palette? Yes. But does it work well? Yes! I think the only thing that's really missing is one more very deep shade (As the brown on the very left hand side is just not quite deep enough). However, really like this! It can be used by itself without dipping into anything else, which is what I love with these little mini palettes!

I don't know about this one...
Although the formula is there, I didn't find the palette quite versatile even though I am aware that it's just a 5-pan palette. The darker shadows just blended into each other without creating enough dimension for me.
