if this was a leave-in conditioner, i’d give it 4-5 stars. it is moisturizing, making my hair soft and shiny. i just wouldn’t say it defines my curls, it rather weighs them down (and i have quite thick hair). it’s still nice when applied with a gel, but i was really looking for a standalone product.

Not bad. Not good. Is going to be the title for the 3 Living Proof products I've purchased, from the Curl line (Shampoo, Conditioner and Curl Definer).The Definer is ok, but it doesn't hold the curl for very long. I have 3B curls on really thin hair, and I usually use this once a week. I've noticed my hair gets frizzy quickly with this. The product itself is light - which I actually like, it just has no holding nor moisturizing power on it. Don't get me wrong, it does the trick... I just thought it'd be better at it.

I got them for my Twin Daughters, they both have beautiful curly hair, and this product hits all the marks, defines the curls, and would not weight the hair down.Just Perfect.
