A perfect palette, Laura Geller’s baked shadows are exquisite – densely pigmented, crease-resistant and incredibly long-wearing, they can be applied wet or dry to create a spectrum of dazzling make up looks. Beginning their lives as liquid pigments, the shadows are baked on terracotta tiles and hand-finished in Italy, to guarantee the intensity and integrity of the colour. Each velvety-textured domed shadow glides on seamlessly, and can be blended over lids to create a subtle wash of shimmering colour, or applied wet to define the lashline and create a more dramatic impact.
Apply shadow over the eyelid. Use darker tones in the crease and at outer corners, and lighter shades to highlight.

    Let me first preface this review by explaining that I am one of those people who would rather spend an extra £20 than pay for postage. I only bought this palette because of this but I am so glad that I did. I was a little disappointed when I opened this, the eyeshadows are in a perfect travel-size palette and the mirror is large enough to actually be useful. They are small though and when I first swatched them on my hand (using my finger) they didn't seem as pigmented as the description on here. However, I then used them on my eyes with the brush that comes with them (a lovely soft brush on one end and a slanted brush for more precise application on the other) and they are just heavenly. I think it's worth noting that I am an absolute sucker for a shimmery eyeshadow, if you aren't a fan of them then I would steer clear of this palette. Each eyeshadow is almost foil like when applied with the brush. I have actual foil shadows which require a primer and this still gives a better finished look. They feel almost creamy, they are so soft, they do not crease and they catch the light beautifully. The green has a lot of gold in it so depending on where the light hits the shadow it really does shimmer. I have never been happier about my hatred of paying for postage.
