I have fine hair (but plenty of it) with blonde highlights that gets dry at the end and typically needs washing about every 3 days. This shampoo leaves my hair really light, clean and soft and keeps it clean for 4-5 days! My hair feels super healthy and strong, and looks really shiny after this. I use the matching conditioner too. Previously I was using Redken's ABC line, but I find this leaves my hair feeling much cleaner and softer, and it's cruelty free too. Bonus point for smelling like a cucumber spritz!
