It seems it's working fine. I notice some improvement on my hair, not so fine and easier to style.

After a month I can see the result ( combined with my new hair products). I am satisfied and I will purchase it again, plus is so delicious 🤗.

I first bought these because the sample provided by Cult Beauty tasted so good, I thought I had nothing to lose. This is a first. It's obviously harder to see on your hair whether or not something like this works. However, two weeks into taking the gummies religiously, I noticed that my nails have gotten so much stronger - I changed my regular nail polish after 1 week of wear, and not because the nails had chipped, but because I got bored of the colour! Usually, I'd need to repolish every 3-4 days, and it's a sign that the product works.
