As for what the actual benefit for my hair is, I cannot say for sure, but these vitamins are a pleasure to take and I have noticed no adverse effects. Instead of pills that can taste all kinds of horrible, I would rather have this treat of two gummies. Unfortunately, most my vitamins and pills do not come in such a form.

I never liked taking vitamins and I always forget to take them. But these gummies are soo delicious. I can’t wait to take them. I can never forget. For now it’s early to see any changes to my hair and nails but I’m sure with consistency there are going to be!

I loved this gummies! They taste nice and do the job. I noticed a lot of new hair growing on my head. I do recomend stop taking them after de second botlle because my doctor runned some blood tests and my folic acid was over the moon. So maybe take the bundle 2 times a year and is more than enough.
