Takes a while to sink into skin. Definitely for pale skin tones so do not waste your money if you are anything other than light. I would advise the company to keep in mind the beautiful breadth of black skin tones when creating products in the future.

I have combo acne prone skin and I wanted a primer for my T-zone... This stuff is fantastic.

I have tried lots of different primers as a base to cover the large pores around my nose and cheeks without upsetting my sensitive/acne prone skin and couldn't find anything, until I found this! I love it. It's undetectable on the skin and goes a long way to even the skin, even before putting make up on top. The travel size lasts me around 1.5 months. Love it!

I actually tried this primer with the stick foundation from the same brand at Sephora and it worked beautifully on my combo skin. I have pores around my nose and under eye, and it really covered them. But it was out stock that time, I found Cult Beauty website and finally bought it!

Bought this due to a few bloggers and YouTubers going on about how good it was. I did see a few bad reviews, but I did want to try it for myself. I wish I did listen to the bad reviews because I could have saved myself a bit of money, however I did only buy the travel sized one. It just did not work for me. It leaves a white film over my face and it did nothing for my black heads or pores. I thought it might have made them a bit better but it did not. Also, it does not create a good base for foundation. It’s so silky and smooth that foundation does not even stick to it. If you do not have oily skin or do not have black or white heads etc, then it might work for you. However, a friend of mine tried it and she has dry skin and it did not work for her either! Hopefully this will save someone making the same mistake I did. I do like that it came in a glass bottle though :-).
