Hourglass makes good shimmery/glittery eye topper eyeshadows with a base. I have 3 and might get more in the future :)

One of the best cream eyeshadows I’ve ever tried, really nice alone as much as a top coat. You must like metallic and glittery textures

So glittery, I love it. Wears well and doesn’t crease that much. Could have been better though.

I have several of these. Vivid is my latest one and it’s gorgeous. More impactful and the others. The lasting power is just amazing as well.
