Best cleanser ever
5On my 10th bottle of this cleanser already. Definitely my favourite one out there. Melts spf and makeup easily. No sticky feeling. Easy to wash off

My favourite balm!
5First time I had the chance to try this amazing product when I purchased Cult Advent calendar. Non sticky, does not leave greasy residue. Can be easily removed with water. Then I decided to purchase jumbo size. This one lasted for 6 months! I am super happy with this purchase and I repurchased for another 6 months.Â

Best cleanser todate
5A great balm, for dry or nature skin. Cleans makeup including mascara & eyeliner without affecting my eyes. A dream to use and highly highly recommend

Too expensive for me
3This is a good product who does its job but in my opinion it is too expensive for what it does. My Beauty of Joseon cleansing balm does better for maybe half the price so I don't think I will repurchase this one.

5The Best cleansing balm I’ve ever used . it cleanses so deeply and get rid of Waterproof mascara quickly which i always struggle while cleansing with other balms , highly recommendedÂ

The Best
5This cleanser is the best, it melts easily on the face and removes all make-up, including the most stubborn mascara. It has a very light, almost imperceptible scent that is pleasant and that's perfect because I don't like scented cosmetics. I use it daily as the first step of my double cleansing. I have sensitive eyes and it doesn't sting or irritate my eyes. I love it!!!

Pricey but no other cleansing balm can tip this one
5Since the Farmacy cleansing balm isn't cheap at all I tried multiple other cleansing balms. I thought I would be okay for just taking off my make up, to use a affordable cleansing balm that wasn't as good as this one. But I really can't. No cleansing balms cleanses my lashes and eye area as good as this one. It's lightweight, doesn't give me any trouble with cleansing the eye area, and the big jar is great! I got it with a discount, and since I only ever want to use the farmacy cleansing balm I thought 'why not take the big jar?!'.
