Purchased this for my trip but the shampoo leaked. The flap caps on both the shampoo and conditioner didn't close tightly. Wish they were screw caps instead. Would have loved it otherwise. I informed Cult Beauty and they refunded me. Great customer service.

I am glad that I could try the products without buying full-sized bottles. I will not be purchasing again as was not really impressed with either shampoo, conditioner or spray. My hair remained thin and flat after a couple of washes. I had used far more effective products and will go back to them.

I bought this for myself because I'm looking for a new shampoo-conditioner duo, but I'm really picky when it comes to my hair. So far, I've washed my hair twice with the new products and I like them, but I want to like them more. I can't really explain it, but I just expected my hair to be bouncier and to feel thicker. Don't get me wrong! The shampoo, conditioner and spray do the job all right but I guess I was expecting more after hearing all the raving reviews. The smell is really nice!
