This solid shampoo leaves a pink layer on my hair, which is what I wanted, but the bar itself lasted no more than two weeks. It too soft, breaks down easily and gets "chewy": I have been using solid shampoos for more than ten year so I know how to care for them and how to store them, and this one is a difficult one. I won't repurchase it for the price and the actual times (three) I got to use it without a problem.

As a shampoo bar this lathers well, has a great smell, and cleans hair well. While it's very pigmented, the short length of time you're likely to leave it on for doesn't allow for much transfer. It doesn't cover grey and only really works on bleached hair that's very porous

I love this shampoo bar! It took me a few attempts to get the right technique to get it to lather up nicely, but the colour is gorgeous and stronger than the liquid version of the rose shampoo. I do apply to my dry hair first and then again once I get slightly wet which seems to help with getting the best colour. I also have a balayage on quite dark hair so getting an even colour doesn’t really matter as there are already quite a lot of different colour tones. My hair is also super soft after using.

This shampoo bar is absolutely brilliant: the colour is super intense and I love that there is no plastic packaging. 

I absolutely love this shampoo bar! It really packs a punch in terms of achieving a lovely pink tone. I would have never thought that a solid colour shampoo would work so well...!
