It makes your eyes more awake, but I'm not giving 5 stars just because you can get the same result with cheaper pencils.

I was looking for the perfect lower eyeliner, and I failed again. It is actually not much use, it is easy to draw lower eyeliner caking, used to decorate eyebrow tail more likely to caking. So basically I don't know how to use it. Suitable for oily skin. A bit pricey.
