I don't know what was wrong with this sponge as I usually really like Beautyblender sponges and I prefer them to cheaper ones. This one just wasn't it. It didn't puff up on water and was weirdly stiff and hard to clean. Tossed it after two weeks...

Bought two of these and they don’t even change lol. Just a normal, orange BeautyBlender. It’s a fine sponge but definitely not a shadeshifter.Â
