I've used this for about 12 months, and I think it works well on cellulite, but only if used consistently (the effects might be a result of the massaging rather than the needles). Either way, I'm satisfied.

I might have super sensitive skin, but the product claim saying th etool doesn't hurt at all is not correct from my perspective. So I gave up after trying a couple of times. However, I can imagine that it works if you use it continously.

With regular use I noticed a difference within a month on my stretch marks. 

I've been using this for about 6 months on two areas: 20-year old stretch marks from puberty (every day, with Augustinus Bader body cream after rolling) and on cellulite that I've had since I was a kid (every day or every other day, with Clarins Body Fit cream after rolling). Cellulite: So far, there has been a definitely noticeable reduction in cellulite (from basically a 8/18 to a 3/10); it's still there, but no longer horrifying to notice in the mirror, and I feel comfortable wearing short skirts. I imagine the cellulite will come back if I stop using this, but I'm not sure. I refuse to go more than 2 days without rolling, out of fear it will return. Stretch Marks: These are really old scars (large, deep, white) so I honestly don't expect anything over-the-counter to shift them. I'd say there *might* be very minor improvements, but not noticeable enough to be sure. The skin is definitely softer, but it will take much longer for any noticeable reduction in the scars to be apparent (and lasers might be required). It might work well for small or new scars.

It's a game changer. You know it works because the body cream is absorbed faster and easily.

Love this item, works better than any creams I’ve ever used. Makes your skin dry especially when you start using it but the improvement in my skin overall has been very good. Less visible cellulite and more even skin tones, I would recommend for dimples and cellulite, not seen much improvement yet on old stretch marks
