I use this probably twice a week now (purchased with the Goody Bag) it’s really lovely. I only apply a very thin layer - less than it recommends and in the morning my skin is bouncy and glowing! I have very oily skin and this suits me well!

I have been using Beauty of Joseon Dynasty Cream as a night pack since it came on the market and I had friends tell me to try this. That it was everything Joseon is but better, so I gave it a go. First of all, it smells like a Jolly Rancher. I don't want fragrance in my skincare at all, especially for an overnight product but if there must be a scent, I certainly don't want something that smells cheap. It did have a light gel formula that was cooling, but it separates and pills. That's just bad formulating. The product could be better emulsified, and the pilling is probably coming from the simethicone. I used the whole jar, and as far as performance, I felt like my skin looked worse. I didn't see the hydration I usually have, and by the end, my skin felt tight and over exfoliated, even though I stopped using all other exfoliants and switched to a gentler foam cleanser. I feel like this is skincare made for teenagers. I would recommend it as a starter product for those just building their regime and who doesn't really have any demands on their products, but it isn't a starter product price. You'd be better off going with something like Too Cool For School's Pumpkin Sleeping Pack.

Got this as part of the Goody Bag and was excited to use it but I’m pretty underwhelmed. Plus side - pretty pink colour that looks great on your vanity, and it leave my skin genuinely velvety soft it’s almost weird to touch! Down side - the consistency is not my cup of tea and also the smell. It doesn’t smell bad per say... just a strong watermelon scent which sort of reminds me of chewing gum or sweets. In my opinion it’s a “cheap” smell. Nice to try out but I would definitely not buy it.

Purchased the full-sized product and it lasted me for almost a year with a twice a week use and occasional 10 min mask for events. Just to add, I am a 23-year-old female with dry skin and acne and scarring problem. I would say this product is not a substitute for any main products in your routine. It is also not an essential product to have if you're looking for a solution for acne and scarring problem. It is a decent product in the sense that it delivers some of its claims. Most often than not, I would wake up with a very even skin tone without any redness but not a glowy skin. It also, unfortunately, does not help with my dry skin and does not fade out my acne scars. On the plus, it does not make my skin breakout. The scent does not really bother me since it disappears rather quickly. As I mentioned before, I used this product as a 10 minute mask as well, hoping it would give me a satisfying result of glowy skin, but it rarely delivers. Your best bet to achieve any benefit from this product is to use it as a sleeping mask. Purchased this product hoping it would work wonders, sadly that did not happen with me. Would not repurchase the full-sized, probably will get the mini for occasional pamper session.

I really do like this product overall but it's not one of my "must haves" and I don't genuinely reach for it every week. You can use it two ways which I've found not using it as a night mask probably works best for my skin care routine. The smell is gorgeous and they've really nailed the consistency, however, when used as a sleeping mask as it's meant to be a peel off I tend to find by morning it's basically gone and peeled itself off and ended up all in my hair and pillow so can be messy.
