Sophisticated and intoxicating, Annick Goutal actually created Passion to wear herself, designed to echo ‘a captivating woman’ with notes of tuberose and Egyptian jasmine (Cleopatra herself apparently used to scent the sails of her ships with this jasmine, FYI…). Goutal has also added crisp notes of tomato leaf that lends a bright sharpness to this otherwise soft, dreamy scent. The vintage-style bottle is gorgeous too – old-school boudoir glamour at its best.
