I usually sleep very well but there have been a few occasions where I needed the extra help because I had a lot going on and my brain just refused to switch off. This really helped get me to a better place and feel relaxed enough to drift off and stay asleep. After a few days, my sleep was back in check, I left those in my kitchen cabinet for a long while as I had no need for them, until my flatmate was complaining about struggling with falling asleep and waking up in the middle of the night when she was able to fall asleep. They worked amazingly for her too, and she ended up finishing the jar and wanting to repurchase them! Obviously, I'm not saying that it's a miracle by any means, as sleep depends on so many factors, but it's definitely a good help and has ingredients that I have personally found beneficial to use to promote better sleep in the past.

I’ve tried lots of herbal sleep remedies but none have ever helped improve my sleep. These have definitely helped me to maintain a good number of unbroken sleep hours.
