It does what it says, but use it sparingly, as it leaves white flakes when you use too much.

Rain or shine, my brow won't move. putting on or taking off a tight shirt- won't move. Rubbing my face - gets right back into place. It last all day. It's just simply the best

I don't have particularly thick brows and this product doesn't have great staying power- the brow hairs drop almost immediately
