Liquid Gold is an award winner for a reason, so when I saw this Liquid Gold mask I was sold. It has a strong lavender scent which I don't love but I can overcome the scent as the results are so great. It's a thick white cream which you apply for 10 minutes and then rinse. It's so quick but it's like a facial in a bottle and my sensitive skin loves it.

My friend had been complaining about how her face skin is so problematic, full of pores and that no cream or mask had ever helped her. I gave her as a Christmas present the Liquid Gold mask and she just LOVED it! She started using it once per week and now twice. Her face has improved and she radiates.

I do really like this face mask but I don't find much of a difference from using liquid gold (WHICH I LOVE). I would say pick one or the other to try because it kind of feels like doubling up with this product using both. But if I wasn't using Liquid Gold then I would be using this a few times a week instead.

I bought this product along with a few other Alpha H products after using Liquid Gold for awhile. I wanted something stronger than Liquid Gold as a weekly treatment and this seems to be the answer. It's a rather creamy mask, with lovely lavender smell (which I love to death). I do experience a slightly tingling sensation in certain areas of my face after putting it on but nothing that's uncomfortable. After letting it set for 10 min. I would wipe it off with a damp muslin cloth soaked in warm water. I have used it as a weekly treatment for about three times since I got the product. I love it because my skin does feel softer and more radiant the next day. However, all three times I would experience some peeling around my mouth the next day, which is normal for a higher percentage of glycolic acid I guess, but that's where the 4.5 stars come in lol. No redness or anything, just slight peeling of the skin and it will be gone in about a day. After that, nothing but smooth skin for the rest of the week.

I received a free sample of this in the 'with love collection'. I generally have a good Alpha-H routine, so don't often need this product. I only use it the night before a special occasion or if I've been lazy with my routine - we all have busy weekends of excessive partying and sleeping with our make up on (just don't like to admit it). Amazing instant results! Wrinkles and pores appear tighter. Skin looks more even with a bright glow.
