I find these skin supplements have really helped to clear up my skin. I would recommend.

I really wanted to like this probiotic supplement but I cannot keep using it since the side effects are to strong (think of extreme bloating, diarrhea and abdominal pain). I thought these symptoms would have eased after an adjustment period but after a month they have not subsided the slightest. I have to stop using the product and it’s a shame considering the price.waste of money unfortunately. I cannot speak for the results on skin since it takes longer to get them I suppose (but no effects so far). I know that probiotic supplements are very personal and many people may benefit from these, just not me.
