    Practice makes perfect

As somebody who HATES hair washing, I'm always on the lookout for the 'HG' dry shampoo - not too chalky, not too perfumed...it's hard to find a product that's juuuuust right. A self-confessed OUAI addict, I was clamouring to get my hands on this miraculous invention and it does. not. disappoint. I have thick hair (and lots of it) and although this take a bit of practice (DON'T apply too much at once), when massaged into roots from 'underneath' I find this absorbs second (or third!) day dirt without leaving that tell-tale 'matte' film. It smells incredible, and when brushed through from roots to the ends it lends lengths instant polish and a delicate, long-lasting fragrance. Well worth persevering!

    Waste of money

Ok so for dry shampoo this was already pretty pricey, considering I'd been using batiste for years but I was so exited having seen bloggers such as desi perkins and lustrelux rave about it. After finally biting the bullet and purchasing it I used it straight away. Instructions are pretty straightforward, scrunch palm sized amount into roots of dirty hair. This made my hair worse, even more greasy, no volume at the root, weighed my hair down and I have thick hair which takes a lot to have this happen. I'm so annoyed I've wasted £24 on this, if I could return it I would. Only positive is that it smells really nice.

    Very dissapointing

Was quite excited about this after watching the lovely Trinny trying it, and it looked amazing. It didn't work at all and made my hair look worse. It looked just like I added mousse to dirty hair sticky and greasy. Like the other reviewer I have long fine hair, maybe it's better on thicker hair. But what a waste of money another one for the back of the cupboard.
