I was recommended to try this product by my beauty therapist, I used it alternative mornings and found it sticky and not the nicest perfume. You couldn’t put make up on after it (which is fine as I don’t wear any to work). I could have got over this had the product worked for me but it broke me out along my jawline and I can only describe my skin as bumpy. I hoped this was purging but after 3 weeks and really awful breakouts I stopped and my skin is gradually returning to normal. I emailed Drunk Elephant and just got a generic email response!

This product brightens and smoothes my skin, giving me a beautiful glow on my skin. Within using this product twice I got compliments on my skin by everyone I knew, commenting on how clear and radiant my skin looked. It helps with my redness, makes my skin more firm and smooth, and gives it a glow making my skin looking extremely healthy. The only downside is that when you apply this product it is quite tacky on the skin and takes some time to dry down, so for this reason, I only apply it at nighttime before going to sleep, and not right before makeup. However, the results on the skin are EXCEPTIONAL and I cannot recommend this product enough.

I was never a fan of vitamin C products. Most of them have that typical grainy texture and it just didn't work for me. DE have done it again though: this serum is super moisturising and makes my skin plump and really glowy. I follow with a moisturiser and it works well with make-up. I tried the small version first when I bought 'The Little Ones', then bought the full size version. Really love this and will re-purchase. One tip: do wash your hands after using it. As far as firming serums are concerned, this is not one of the best. It has a weird smell and I can only apply it if it is in the refrigerator, otherwise it is crazy sticky and oily. No special changes in skin while using it. Actually think it stains my skin a bit with an orangy tone.
