I have been using this for about two months. I feel my skin plumper. I prefer this version instead of the powder one, but I guess that depends on each individual's preferences. I find the liquid form more easily digested.

I bought the liquid Vida Glow for the 1st time because I thought that it would be easier to consume them, since you don't need to dilute it in water like the powder ones. I liked it, but it is at times a bit hard to get all the product out of the package. This is why I gave it 4 stars. Of course, I can't really tell if it works with just one month of taking this, but I can tell that it doesn't upset my sensitive stomach.
