This is the first cleanser balm i have ever tried. The price is good. The smell doesn’t bother me. Eyes didn’t hurt from it. The only reason i give it 4 ☆s is because i feel like it could do a better job at removing makeup. Washing of mascara takes some time, i wish it was easier and quicker. It doesn’t all melt off instantly.
