This is a lovely little product, and cute too. I apply it (like a lipstick) to my dark circles then gently pat in. I then apply my foundation and concealer; the result is a much brighter eye. It does not cause build up or creasing in the eye area, and whilst it does brighten, you will still need concealer if your circles are like panda eyes!!!
