I use I a couple of times a week. The only negative thing is that is making my hair oily.

If you don't mind going to bed smelling like a brewery, this is great! For me personally I cannot take the smell. So I added some essential oils to mask it. I do really like the application and cannot deny that my hair feels healthier and thicker. I use this on the two days before hair washing as I don't want the oils to build up too much. I have wavy, quite thin hair for reference.

It has good ingredients. I I think its hard to know if it's make a difference or not.
