It makes the under eye a bit brighter, but if it is genetically dark, it does nothing for you.

This is such a great product! The longevity isn't really there, but the pigmentation and shine are fabulous.

I get really bad puffy eye bags but this helps so much. I put it on in the morning and by the time I'm getting to work, the bags are gone. Highly recommend.

The dark circles under my eyes were getting so bad, that I was contemplating getting them done. Then I bought this. It lessened my dark circles like 70%. I never would have believed it, if you had told me this before. This product is cheap and has cafeine in it, whats that going to do? Well, for me it did a lot! It works wonders. For some people it also works for their under eye bags. I saw a difference there too, but minimal. For me it was the dark circles that decreased rapidly. Needless to say, I've repurchased this about 5 times already. The only downside: its not very moisterizing. So I only use it in the morning, to make me look fresh. And in the evening I use a very moistering eye cream or eye oil. Perfect combo.
