I use this occasionally (about once a month). It is quite strong and irritates my skin if I leave it on too long. About 6 minutes is plenty for me.

I see many people misuse this product and ruin their skin. You can damage your skin barrier so please research it, know your skin type, and follow the instructions on the bottle. For me it’s helped with skin texture, scarring and brightness. I use it sparingly and with a good moisturizer 3 times a month.

This is the best exfoliator for me, affordable and effective. My skin gets exfoliated without peeling. I use it once a week

I only use this 1-2 times per month when I want a stronger exfoliation. It doesn't irritate me but my skin is used to actives. I won't use is on a retinol night obviously and I enjoy following up with a soothing mask. For the price it definitely delivers.

Good for exfoliate , try it on your neck before
