I take them once a day and have noticed an incredible difference to my hair, skins and hands. My skin, scalp and hair were left incredibly dry after using the mirena coil and I've tried so many things but these seem to hit the spot. My knuckles aren't dry anymore and my hair isn't fluffy and itchy. All my skin feels softer and smoother. It's a miracle. I can recommend these enough.
