It s good product but it is a l’Italie bit pricy for what it is 

This product doesn't remove waterproof mascara and makes my eyes burn. Its a shame because I really wanted to find a squeezy tube cleansing balm that works for me.

imma paula's ride-and-die, bit this is bit pricey for a rather simple balmy cleanser. It feels lovely, although you need a good size of it for the wash, so the bottle will not last. I think inkeys oats will do same job for half the price. luv ya Paula 

It takes off makeup very well and doesn't irritate my eyes. Good consistence. It doesn't really hydrate my skin but it doesn't leave it very dry either.

I think this product is very good, but at the same time I find that it doesn't really strip everything off. And I am not the kind to wear heavy makeup. It has rather a light consistency than what I was expecting as a balm, and need to be careful when squeezing it out of the tube as too much product is going out, hence a lot of wasted product. I enjoy using it, but I won't repurchase.
