It gives a hydrated and glowy (but not greasy) effect and I love the smell. It's my favorite part in the x-steps routine because of this pleasant extra spa moment.

This toner essence smells very nice, has a nice milky texture, and hydrates tight skin well. A lovely pick-me-up in the morning and after washing. A little on the expensive side for the size, but with a coupon it's a nice treat.
