Does good job, if you use it once a week, but breaks your hair, if you use it more often

I have medium fine long hair but lots of it. It is bleached, dyed and very frizzy, tangles and breaks easily. At the first hint of rain or humidity it frizzes up. I always blow dry or use GHD to straighten as it just ends up in a big clump otherwise. This is the best shampoo I have ever used on my hair. It smooths it out, reduces the frizz and overall my hair looks much healthier and straightens much better. My hairdresser even thought my hair got thicker and it does feel thicker. It took a few uses to notice the difference it was not after the first wash. This shampoo foams up easily gives hair a great clean and leaves no residue on my scalp. I still have fine, frizzy hair but it’s so much more manageable and the frizz level has been greatly reduced. I have used the Olaplex conditioner too and they work great together. For me this shampoo is the best of the Olaplex range it works great with my other conditioners too. I alternate this and use every second wash as I find this works best for me but I don’t think this would cause any build up. I will never be without this it’s amazing for my hair. 

My all time favorite shampoo! You don't need a lot and it leaves your hair very clean.

I have used this shampoo for a while now and I absolutely love it. A few ‘lessons learned’ though! A little goes a long way. It lathers a lot so be careful not to use too much. It’s very ‘intense’ so I wouldn’t use it on a daily basis, a few times a week is my sweet spot. It has a unique scent which I’ve learned to love over time.
