I must admit that I don't use my Olaplex very frequently. I usually grab it when I feel that my heir need some help with smoothing. It helps a lot to keep frizz at bay.

I don't really get the olaplex hype. I'm not sure I noticed any difference. I have fine hair prone to breakage. It's also very expensive given the package size.

Since discovering Olaplex at my hairdresser's some six years ago, have become a huge fan. I alternate between nr 3 and nr 8 on a weekly basis. Nr 3 is my go-to treatment during my weekend home-spa moment and nr 8 on Wednesday evenings after doing sports and for a great night nurture treatment. After washing your hair with a good shampoo (doesnt need to be Olaplex), leave the Hair Perfector in for a minimum of 20 min (longer feels better). Wash out, follow with Olaplex shapoo nr 4 and Olaplex Conditioner nr 5 and you are ready to shine!

This really works, I have experimented with not using it and I can genuinely say the condition of my hair deteriorated
