The first two shades are shimmers. Good pigment and they're very smooth. I actually use this palette for eyeshadows and I think they work great in that respect.
Ive only tried it on my cheeks once and a gentle hand is best as I had to blend it away as it was a bit too harsh.
(Note, I'm very pale and cool toned)
