Great product! After using it for the last 10 days I can notice my hair is shinier and stronger, my skin has cleared up and I got a couple of compliments that my skin glows 😊 I also loved the fact that I could get one packet with me to work without worrying that I have to pull out a full tub and measure at work! So it is just perfect!

I tried in my morning coffee, it easily stirs in, dissolves well and I didn't notice any taste. It can also be added to cold drinks. The sachets are great for popping in your bag when at work or travelling to provide additional protein. Each sachet contains 10g per portion. I have noticed nails feel slightly stronger. The box had 10 sachets so it didn't last long, I think longer term use would be required to notice any more benefits. It easy to add to morning routine regardless if add it to hot or hold drink or even soft liquid based foods such as Cereal or porridge.  

I've used the tub of Vital Proteins Collagen before, and found the scoop and the tub easy enough, but these little sachets are such a game changer! Easy enough to pop in my bag to take to work with me, when making my morning coffee it's super easy to drop the powder in to my mug, without worrying I've not really got the right dose. There's a slight taste change to my coffee, but nothing that I notice after the first mouthful, and the added collagen and protein I feel is really helping my skin and wellbeing.  It mixes in really well, no lumps left. Awesome product!

I've not tried these before so first time trying. I loved the fact I could take them anywhere so very portable. No need to measure, just pop in into liquid and stir. Nice taste, I found it was not fishy at all and did not found it overpowering at all. I was very pleasantly surprised to find it actually helped me to sleep better as l've been struggling a lot at the moment. I also noticed my nails were looking better and were actually a lot stronger. To notice any more increased benefits, I would definitely need to continue using for longer as this was only 10 sachets so would need to purchase more to see full benefits but happy with the results so far. I would definitely recommend the sachets for when being out and about or whilst travelling as these would be perfect!

These sachets mix well in milky drinks and products like shakes, yogurts, and hot chocolate but not well with pineapple juice as it kind of congealed into a sticky, bitty mess. Lesson learned, though. Since only trying 10 sachets, I've not noticed any particular benefits but also not noticed any problems introducing them into my daily life. I have lost a little weight over the week but I cannot hand on heart say ot was down to these alone. A positive point though which I was surprised at was the lack of any particular taste. They are labelled as unflavoured which they certainly are! These would be suitable for travel, short breaks and holidays.
