This probiotics are expensive but worthy...! I keep coming back for this brand, no nasty fillers and unnecessary ingredients and some of the best probiotics like bacillus coagulans and many others.

I like to supplement with a pre and pro biotic to ensure my gut is infused with all the good bacteria! There's a lot of research into how gut flora can affect our skin and digestion too, so if I can add a little goodness to my day with these and get better skin as a result, I'm definitely going to try them! It could have been a complete coincidence, but I did find I experienced some breakouts in the first few weeks of taking these, and in areas where I never normally breakout too. While this was slightly offputting, I wasn't surprised as you can purge when taking a skin-focused supplement so I persisted and these have now disappeared! It may have been unrelated but I think it's important to really persist with a new supplement to allow time for your body to adjust to it. There's no bad aftertaste with these capsules, they're also really small which I imagine would really help anyone who normally struggles swallowing pill-form supplements! I'm now into about my 6th week taking these and my skin is definitely looking clearer, and I've found that my bloating around certain foods has also lessened too. I'm definitely going to keep going with these to give my body more of a chance to adjust and see what other benefits I see!

I’ve had taken them for years really since they launched directly bought via their website but it’s so tricky with shipping from the states especially was during the pandemic so I stopped taking them and only realised then how much good they did to my skin. So glad cult beauty stocks them now. I’ve only been back on them for maybe 6 weeks but with great improvements
