I like this eyeliner and its my favourite at the moment. My reasons are it's a soft crayon and it's lovely to apply. It's a strong black colour and most importantly it does not run or smudge when applied. If you want it to smudge however if you blend it out it, it will. I like eyeliner that does not run outside the lines you have filled in, its neat and black -so it gets 5 stars from me.
