This is my favorite thing to use as an individual spot treatment at night. It will either prevent an 'under the skin' type spot from coming to fruition or bring spots to a head faster so they can then heal quicker. However it is an individual spot treatment so don't necessarily expect it to stop you getting new spots (you need an appropriate cleanser etc. to deal with that!). I think often with acne treatments people tend to approach the situation as the more aggressive the better, but over the years I have found that actually very over-drying chemical skin care products will often make your spots and the general condition of your skin worse! I like this because it is gentle (no stinging etc.), but does make a noticeable difference to my skin (spots are less red and angry the next day). However I say be realistic about your expectations because this will help reduce spots, is probably quite suited to sensitive skin and affordable - but won't make spots 'disappear' within the blink of an eye (if anyone finds something that does let me know!).

Been using this for two weeks know, I thought at first this product was working but within 4 days I received even more spots! My face is now practically covered and have one big scab that looks as if it's turning into a scar. Not happy one bit.

I've struggled with angry spots for a while and this is the best thing I've tried! It usually gets rid of the redness overnight and the spot is gone in a few days. Would highly recommend this product and will be buying it again.

I have been suffering from breakouts on my face; quite huge lumps just under the surface of my skin. I have also purchased the Mario Badescu drying lotion, but I find this one if much more effective. You just dab it onto your problem area and the spots do reduce overnight. Do not expect all spots to disappear overnight as it does take sometime. This was my only downside because for me personally this treatment works very well for the tiny spots I have on my face, but for the bigger spots it takes some time and does not always get rid of the problem completely.

I have troubled skin that often has break outs as well as having at least one or two troublesome spots hanging around all the time. I have found this spot treatment to work really well, it certainly packs a punch (smells quite strong) but I don't mind too as it works. I have definitely found it will stop a spot (especially cystic spots) from getting bigger and surfacing, but it is not an instant fix, so for that it serves its purpose. The packaging and look of this product is a pleasure to have in the bathroom cabinet.The aspects of this that I don't like is the fact it leaves the product visible on the skin, not the most attractive when climbing into bed with big white/pink splodges all over your face - I can live with this though. Also, if you are using this at night and you sleep on your front (as I often do) this will rub off very quickly and I would guess won't have time to work properly. I would highly recommend this product as an overnight spot treatment.
