Really wanted to try this brand. Liked the mascara was natural and I like the brush. Highlighter was not good, blotchy and clumpy. The lip/cheek thing was ok but smudges on the lips really easy. Just an all around meh.

Mascara is ok, highlighter too glittery for me. Werk is gorgeous - thank you Sali Hughes x. But thinking I paid €30 for 3 minuscule, dinky, cute products... am a sucker for makeup!

I mainly bought this for the two mini sticks, the mascara was just sort of a bonus. However, I find myself very disappointed in the highlighter, it’s not natural at all and has specs of glitter in it which are very visible on the face. The blush is lovely, blends nicely on the face and has a subtle glossy finish but would have been cheaper to just buy the blush separately. If you don’t mind a glittery highlight the set is good value, but if you’re looking for a more natural, glossy finish, I would give this a miss.

I already have a mini sample of Werk but this set is double the size so I feel I won’t need to buy the full size for a very long time. I like that with this set you can try the formula of Milk's highlight which I’m still deciding how I feel about it. It is a lot more glittery than I expected but once on the face doesn’t give me a crazy disco ball look I thought it would.

I really wanted to try Milk Makeup after hearing how amazing they are and this set seemed like a great way to start. The kit was much tinier than expected, but like others day - you still get a lot of use out of it. I wasn’t sure at the lasting or build up quality upon first try, but on the second try I fell in love with the lip and cheek stick and the highlighter. The only thing I didn’t like was the mascara - clumpy, smudges easily yet somehow looks the same as having no mascara on in the first place. However, as meatloaf said - 2 out of 3 ain’t bad!
